GROWING UP

I grew up in Salt Lake City Utah, raised an Evangelical Christian for most of my life. It wasn't until my mid to late 20’s after being an overseas missionary, that I started to question some of the core values Evangelicalism was founded upon. My beliefs began to evolve and come to a conclusion that these values and beliefs from the church were not a one size fits all; but actually can be really problematic for numerous reasons.

DECONSTRUCTION

My personal journey of seeking professional help and deconstructing came with gearing up to do the hardest work of my life. It came with a lot of tears, many moments of grief, a lot of learning about myself and deciphering my beliefs and values, from those imposed by high-demand religion. This also required understanding that my intuition is safe and reliable, and to practice self-compassion after years of self-judgment rooted in the indoctrination of fundamentalism

FREEDOM

Having an awakening to live a life that is authentically mine, and connecting back with my mind and body, my soul was craving to go deeper into helping others who may have found themselves in similar situations of spiritual abuse from high demand religion, and faith transitions. It’s my passion to assist others in experiencing the same freedom and liberation of owning their unique set of beliefs, unblocking whatever is hindering them from going forward, and becoming who they truly are.

CERTIFICATION

I am a certified Life Coach and Spiritual Life Coach through the Life Purpose Institute. Trauma informed through Biology of Trauma Summit with Dr. Aimie, and studies focusing on somatic exercises and healing with The Embody Lab. What I offer in my practice is respecting and honoring every religious path, the freedom and safety to say what you want to explore, give tools to develop self trust, and empower you to live the life that is authentically yours.
